The Ballyscullion Park Book Festival is proud to host a vibrant artisan market, where visitors can browse and purchase an exceptional range of high-quality goods created by talented local makers.
This carefully curated selection showcases the very best of Northern Ireland, from the elegant craftsmanship of Louisa Scott Jewellery & Gather of Ireland and the timeless beauty of Porcelain White Ceramics and Cloverhill Ceramics, to the creative works of Katharine Temple Art and Delphi Design Studios.
Book lovers can explore offerings from Barnish Books and Conkers Kids, while food enthusiasts can indulge in delights from Dart Mountain Cheese and Cocobros artisan chocolate. Unique finds also include handcrafted pieces from J Gilbert Furniture, natural skincare from Ola Óir, and cultural experiences with Lough Neagh Stories.
We will also be joined again by the Carrickfergus based award-winning bookseller The Secret Bookshelf. Jo and Chris recently won the Independent Book Shop of the Year award for the island of Ireland.
With so many skilled artisans gathered in one place, the market is a wonderful opportunity to discover, support and take home something truly special for yourself or perhaps a gift for a friend or family member.
Food and Coffee
Visitors to the Ballyscullion Park Book Festival can look forward to a delicious selection of food and drink from some fantastic local vendors. The Curious Farmer will be serving up a range of homemade favourites including hearty pies, freshly baked sausage rolls and vibrant seasonal salads. Tondo Pizza serves authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted with slow-fermented dough and topped with the highest quality ingredients for a truly exceptional taste experience.
If you’re in need of a pick-me-up, Buzz n’ Berry and Latte-da will be offering artisan coffee alongside an irresistible selection of homemade baked goods, perfect for enjoying as you explore the festival. Anna from AJ’s Farmshop will be serving up heavenly ice cream and milkshakes using Betty’s ice cream from Dungannon and milk from a local farm 🍦
